Refund Policy

Studio Gravity offers a Perfect Fit Guarantee for all its products. This guarantee includes:

• If your garment needs some slight adjustments, alterations take your garments to any local tailor, and we will refund the cost of the alterations*
• If your garment does not fit perfectly and requires significant adjustments or in those cases where the garment cannot be adjusted, we will remake the similar garment.

To request a refund for the alterations, the following steps need to be followed:

• Take your garments to the closest local tailor (or alterations shop)
• Log into your Studio Gravity account, go to “open inquiry”, and attach the Invoice.
• Studio Gravity will refund you the costs* within 3 business days.

The following conditions apply for the refund for adjustments:

• You must complain about your order within 30 days after delivery.
• Costs will only be reimbursed if you provide a real invoice within 30 days after delivery.
• The refunds for adjustments are limited to 25% of the product price.
• The refund for the adjustments will be as store credit if the invoice has been sent between 30 and 90 days after delivery.
• The refund for the adjustments will be as store credit if the order is a free remake.

The following conditions apply for the remakes:

• The new product will be the same as the original one.
• The original garments should be returned to our quality control centre. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
• Style and fabric changes have an additional cost of 25% + difference in the fabric price.
• Fabric changes are for free if the fabric is out of stock.
• Studio Gravity reserves the right to deny remakes in circumstances where our professionals consider that tailoring arrangement is the most suitable option, the products are not in perfect condition and the customer does not cooperate with the information requested for the new remake.

Since every product is 100% individually custom-tailored and handcrafted just for you, we do not offer refunds. This is standard practice for custom-tailored products as there is no resale value.
Anyway, we will be glad to offer you a free remake whether garments cannot be adjusted locally according to our policy.
